Are you using ACCDEs? Are both PCS using 32 or 64 bit Office and Windows?

In linking 2 Access 2010 databases on my PC, everything works well. However when uploading and re-linking these DB's on another server, I get a message saying that the "Visual Basic for Applications project in the database is corrupt". Both computers are using the same version of Win 7 and both use Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010.
We have re-installed Access 2010 and the problem temporarily goes away. But after the MS automatic update process runs again, the problem recurs. Other issues also appear, e.g., we can no longer export reports to Excel.
Are there any thoughts about tackling this issue?
