I am trying to install the File Format Converter in Office 2003 Pro and it fails. The following windows opens:

Patch package could not be opened...

Repair the Office installation from Add/Remove programs.

Once done, try to install Compatibility pack and see if it helps.
I found a solution using Fix It. This repaired the patch package. File Format Converter then installed without any problems.
