Does the issue occur after installation and when trying to access Office application?
· If so you may repair Office 2010 installation and then try to open Office applications.
You may refer the article mentioned below on how to repair Office 2010 installation:

· If the issue still persists then then you may uninstall and reinstall Office 2010.
You may run ‘Fix it’ from the link below which removes Office 2010 traces and then reinstall.

Note: Ensure you have the product key and installation media for Office 2010 before uninstalling and if you are using Windows 64 bit operating system, save the ‘Fix it’ on desktop before running it.
Once Office is completely removed then install it using the disc or the setup file.
