creating a shell letter

I create many documents that use the same basic text, I change Names, Dates, Account Numbers, etc. Many of the areas that I change occur in mulitple areas. Is ther a way that I can set up a document to input the new text in all the place I need to all at once?

Best way is to create a template that contains a userform.  See the following pages of Greg Maxey's website :
