Above all. It's not welcome to upload any logs on forum for security's sake.
And then, I want to know if you have installed some kinds of antivirus tool installed like Kaspersky , if you do, uninstall it temporally.
After reading yours, I see the following message many times.
Could not load SrClient DLL from path: SrClient.dll. Continuing without system restore points.
Maybe the failure is resulted from this dll. To fix srClient.dll, Please perform the following tests:
- open the cmd with admin right
- run the "SFC /SCANNOW" command - without error
- run "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" command
- run the "SFC /SCANNOW" command again (even if not needed).
- restart the server
- tried to reinstall the "KB5004238" package again.
