KB5004238 not installing after the reboot

Hi,

Above patch is not applying on Windows server 2016 std after the reboot. I have checked cbs log though I didn't find any specific error logs.

Kindly help on this. Please find the cbs log attached115681-cbs.log

Above all. It's not welcome to upload any logs on forum for security's sake.
And then, I want to know if you have installed some kinds of antivirus tool installed like Kaspersky , if you do, uninstall it temporally.

After reading yours, I see the following message many times.
Could not load SrClient DLL from path: SrClient.dll. Continuing without system restore points.

Maybe the failure is resulted from this dll. To fix srClient.dll, Please perform the following tests:

open the cmd with admin right
run the "SFC /SCANNOW" command - without error
run "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" command
run the "SFC /SCANNOW" command again (even if not needed).
restart the server
tried to reinstall the "KB5004238" package again.

I have performed above steps. Still issue persists.I am getting below error in cbs.log

Thanks for your effort on this issue,
Please check if you have installed the latest SSU KB5001402?

Besides, after you reset Windows update components and restart computer, don’t check for updates, try to manually install KB5004238 standalone package immediately.
