    Hi
    @Ranil
    Above all. It's not welcome to upload any logs on forum for security's sake.
    And then, I want to know if you have installed some kinds of antivirus tool installed like Kaspersky , if you do, uninstall it temporally.

    After reading yours, I see the following message many times.
    Could not load SrClient DLL from path: SrClient.dll. Continuing without system restore points.

    Maybe the failure is resulted from this dll. To fix srClient.dll, Please perform the following tests:

    • open the cmd with admin right
    • run the "SFC /SCANNOW" command - without error
    • run "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" command
    • run the "SFC /SCANNOW" command again (even if not needed).
    • restart the server
    • tried to reinstall the "KB5004238" package again.

    Hope this can help you
    If your need further help, be free reply to me at your convenience.
