Provide the exact error message you receive when installing the language pack.
You may follow the steps mentioned below then try to install the Language Pack:
1. Click on Start, and click on Control Panel.
2. Click the Regional and Languages.
3. Click on ‘Languages’ tab, ensure both the options under Supplemental language support are checked.
- Click Apply and OK.
- If you’re prompted to insert disk then insert the Windows XP into the computer's CD drive or DVD drive.
5. Click OK.
6. When you are prompted, restart the computer.
