I have bought and installed MS Office 2010.  As part of the package I bought the Korean Language Pack, but I get an installation error message saying that my system (XP) does not support the language pack.  What system do I need?  Thank you.

Hello Derek,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

Provide the exact error message you receive when installing the language pack.

You may follow the steps mentioned below then try to install the Language Pack:

1.  Click on Start, and click on Control Panel.

2.  Click the Regional and Languages.

3.  Click on ‘Languages’ tab, ensure both the options under Supplemental language support are checked.

  1. Click Apply and OK.
  2. If you’re prompted to insert disk then insert the Windows XP into the computer's CD drive or DVD drive.

5.  Click OK.

6.  When you are prompted, restart the computer.

Follow the steps and let us know if that resolves the issue. If the issue persists, reply and we will be happy to help you.

Thanks.
