Excel 2013 Template Problem

The new Semi-Monthly Home Budget Template (which is downloaded from Microsoft when you select new file in Excel 2013) has an error that I'm not sure how to correct.  When you open the template file, before you enter any data (generic data is already in the file), on the first tab (called Dashboard), the information populating the bottom half of the screen (it shows every month with 4 rows: Income 1-15, Income 16-EOM, Exp. 1-15 and Exp 16-EOM has an error.

The error occurs with the automatic populating of the data as it lists the information in the wrong column meaning information for March is showing in the February column, February data is show in the January column, etc.  What is strange is the top part of the page lists the information correctly.  How do you fix the bottom so that the information appears correctly for each month?

Thank you so much Herbert. I had a brain haemorrhage 4 years ago and so I am not as quick as I used to. Needless to say I have been struggling for over 3 days trying to work this out.

Now I can comfortably adapt this spreadsheet to meet my needs.

    Kind regards

    Mark
