There are actually three parts to this question. First, how to export data from Access. Second how to get the export on your phone. Third how to view the data on the phone. There is a fourth issue of what you want to do with the data besides viewing it.

To answer the first question we kind of need to know the answer to the third question. Access can export data in a variety of formats. To export data you can use the External Data ribbon and choose an export type. That export type needs to be compatible with what you are going to use on the phone.

The second question has a variety of answers. You can use a cloud storage like Skydrive to upload the data file and then download to your phone.

One suggestion, if you only need to view the data is to create a report and save the report as an HTML file and put it on a WEB server, then you can view it in the phone's browser.
