I deleted subform from main form. Then added it back in. That appears to have fixed the problem.

I've run into this problem on 2 occassions. A scroll bar for a subform (Access 2007) will stop working in form view. In layout view the scroll bar works fine, switch to form view and the scroll bar won't respond to any mouse clicks.
