Why doesn't the Cross-Functional Flowchart tab appear?

I'm running Vision 2010 on Win XP SP3.

I'm trying to create a cross-functional flow chart, so I go to File > New > Flowchart > Cross-Functional Flowchart > Create.

I then get a blank document, but I am shown the Cross-Functional Flowchart Shapes.  I can add a swimlane (or 2 or 10), but they are orphans, floating on the page.  Furthermore, there is no CFF tab in the ribbon.  I went to File > Options to see if I had accidentally un-checked something, but alas, there was no help for me there (that I could find).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, no addins at all. I tried repairing to no avail. Do you know what/where the addin is so that I can add it back?

    No addins at all?

The cross-functional flowchart does rely on an addin. The diagram type won't work without it.

I'm having the same problem but the automation events are enabled. There are no addins listed though - is there an add-in for cross functional flowcharts?

    Thanks
