Hi Rahmat,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and thank you for asking the question. As I understand, you’re having difficulties in activating Office Pro Plus 2013.

Office Pro Plus 2013 is a volume license unless purchased via Home Use Program (HUP). This issue is occurring since you’ve been provided with a volume license key by the IT administrator. You will not be able to activate a retail Office product using a volume license key.

You will have to contact the IT administrator at your office for further information on how to install the volume license version of Office Pro Plus 2013.

Let us know in case you have any other concerns regarding Office. Thank you.

I know this post is quite old now but has anyone found a solution to this problem.  I'm having the same issue with MS Office 2013 volume licence and a Surface Pro 3.

I have the same error message: "

This product key is for the volume-licensed version of Microsoft Professional Plus 2013, which isn't currently installed. To use this product key, contact your administrator."

    I'm the IT administrator!!!!

I am entering a MAK key which I got from the MVL Center, along with the software. Microsoft Licensing has confirmed it's a valid key. I have removed MSO 2010, rebooted, installed a fresh copy of MSO Plus 2013. Still get the same message.

    Please help!

Thank you for the reply. I'll ask the IT administration about this.

    Thanks...
