Question

I have been using ODI successfuly to scan docs to Word but now keep getting the error message UNABLE TO PERFORM OCR IN ENGLISH.PLEASE CHANGE YOUR OCR LANGUAGE SETTING TO AN AVAILABLE OCR LANGUAGE. I change it from default to English as instructed - no luck - back to default - no luck. It just will not accept any changes yet the OCR language in original settings is set as English and has been working perfectly. Help!

How did you change the language of OCR to English?
