I have done it by macro is there any other way to so it so. If yes please let me know
Using macros some websites did not working so that is why i am finding an alternation way

Per my research, this may only be achieved through Macro.
I tested it with Office Pro Plus 2019 based on Emi Zhang's reply in this thread, and successfully created a hyperlink in Ribbon.
