Hello,

I need to create a pivot table which would subtract data from two other pivot tables.  Does anybody know if this is possible?  Thanks!

let' say you are including in your pivot table column M from the two database, then take one data base and for example column P enter this formula

=M2*-1

then copyformula down, this column will be negative now, in column P of the other database enter

=M2

now when you combine both within the Pivot table include column P instead of M and you will have the difference

Eureka!  Got it!  Thanks a MILLION!  A simple, but yet very effective solution.

Thanks!  I got how to combine the two pivot tables, but it is adding them together and I can't seem to find a way to have them subtract from each other.  Any other recommendations?  Thanks! :)
