Error Code 0x5b4 when syncing notebooks in OneNote 2010

When trying to sync my notebooks to Sky Drive in OneNote 2010, my connection times out and I get the error code 0x5b4.  Can someone help me with this?  Thank you.

    Make sure that you have set internet explorer as the default browser and it’s updated to latest version.

    Are you facing the issue syncing all OneNote Notebooks or particular few?

    If it’s an issue with particular notebooks, remove and re-add the notebook to SkyDrive and check if it helps.

    You may also close the notebook in OneNote and re-open it and check if it helps.

    i have the same problem, with all my notebooks, i have a windows vista as o.s. and office 2010, tell me if the trouble is the operative system so i got to get the upgrade to windows 7.  I have other computer with windows 7 and the sync is ok. thanks.

    Use two times the Change Location feature; at first to your computer, then back to Onedrive.

    You find this feature by right click on your notebook and select Properties:
