Notebook packaging problem

Hello,

I keep my ON files on skydive and sync my notes on my home and office computers. I happen to take a backup of my notebooks time to time. Then I export a notebook and save it as a package file. When I do this I get the following error: "Onenote cannot pack these sections because some sections have not yet been fully synced and could not be downloaded. These pages will not be saved. Continue anyway?" So what does this supposed to mean? I did a fully sync just before I pack my notebook. So why do I get this message? And if I continue, what happens? What would I lose? Or not lose?

I'm getting this error though my OneNote 2010 notebook lives on my hard drive.  So now I can't back up my notebook.
