Populate and send Microsoft Forms from C#

The firm wants to send a populated Microsoft Form created in Office 365 to a client, from a page on an internal website.

I have a .NET Core 3.1 MVC Intranet website, using C# code. Client details are in my SQL Server DB.

Assuming there is an API to connect to the Forms collection, I need pointing at the necessary learning modules that will help me create an instance of a Form, populate it and send it to a client.

Regards,
Steve Bond
