Fix balloon margin when printing

I changed my balloon margin to 15cm (under Track Changes - Change Tracking Options). So while I'm working on my document in word, the document text itself and the comment portion is about equal widths (half the page each). However, when I print my document, the comments/balloon width reduces automatically. How do I fix the comments/balloon margin to stay wide?

Hi,

Comments section will not be default part of the document and will be outside the margin.

If you increase the comment margin it would not increase the print margin space this is by design.
