Table problem in AutoText

I am using Word 2010 template with tables with custom styles. None of these styles are part of Lists (numbered or bulleted or outline) or even indented.

The table is saved as AutoText.

When I insert EITHER AutoText table in the document, it indents all the cells.  Reveal Formatting pane indicates a List style in use (it wasn't) and direct formatting to indent 0.6" (second level of outline numbering system in use elsewhere in document) was applied to all cells.

Also, the shading of the header row is lost in the AutoText.

How do I get AutoText to use the original formatting without change?

Table sample:

Should look like:

Role(s): TypeRolesHere

but comes out

Role(s): TypeRolesHere

(in reality the columns at least stay the original width.)

I am using Word 2010 and Windows 7 64-bit, but am constrained to saving documents as 1997-2003 .doc as others in the organization may not update to 2010 anytime soon (and most of them have Windows XP). Do I have to stay out of Compatibility Mode? and if so, once the modifications to the texts are done in .docx, can I save another copy as .doc without messing up the formatting?

OK, could you describe, carefully, the steps to reproduce the issue then?

Thank you, I do not get access to places for filesharing from work. And our internal system is not accessible from outside.

Upload your example files to SkyDrive (for example), make them public, and then post the links here.

My apologies--My view was of two tables, one with the text in the cells flush left and the other with the text indented 0.6 inches. I had no idea it converted to text.

And the problem as stated is that the AutoText added the indentation and LIST attributes in the table that were not indented and not in a style included in any LIST for numbering or bulleting.

Since this field is obviously not taking my copy, how do I upload an image?

Firstly I don't find any difference between the sample texts,

I would prefer you to upload sample file or screenshot for better understanding.
