Conditional format one cell based on text in another
I'mm trying to get cells in column K to color based on part of the text in column B. We add rows but the columns stay static. I've tried writing formulas that are correct - have also searched for hours trying to find a formula to use, can someone please help?
Here's the formula that Excel hates - =$B:$B=TEXT(SEARCH("Gettemy, Augustine, Richter, Neat, Brandt, Mannion, Krokonko, Reid, Seifert, Augustine, Kappy, Dschuhan, Vranesa, Finnegan, Chereck, Feith, Yockel, Slipko, Kenney, Goodwin, Collins, Fichter)+$K:$K
