Postcard Formatting

I am exporting a file from a program to Microsoft Word 2007 and trying to print postcards from the exported data. I am using the Avery 5389 template for my postcards and am having trouble formatting it properly. When I print them the info is sometimes printed correctly on both postcards and sometimes is printed correctly on the top postcard but incorrectly on the bottom postcard and vice versa. Any help on getting this properly formatted would be appreciated!

Does the issue happen only while printing or while performing the mail merge as well?

Do the postcards show up fine in Word (before printing)?

If yes, you may try printing to XPS Document Writer and check if that helps.

If it prints fine to XPS, you may have to update the printer drivers or contact the printer manufacturer.

If you’re not able to perform the mail merge correctly, you may perform a mail merge using an Excel file/Outlook or create a new mail merge list and check if that helps. Refer the links given below for more information:

From where exactly are you exporting the data from?

Are you performing a mail merge in Word?

Refer the link below on using mail merge to create labels in Word.

Do you use a touch screen/tablet PC?

If yes, you may refer the KB article given below and see if it helps:

I'm exporting the data from my Shop Management program, ShopKey Professional SE by name. I work for a mechanical repair shop and we send out monthly inspection reminders on postcards. Yes I do use mail merge to import the data into Word but I had been creating them as a letter instead of a label. Maybe this is my issue?
