I inserted a TIFF file into OneNote, open the Tiff file later from OneNote using Alias sketch But it was a read only file. Now I can't make any changes to the TIFF file. Anyone can help?

Image files are considered read-only in OneNote. The only way to do it is to save it to local disk and edit there and re-insert.
