Single Space Doesn't Seem Single Space

I have a problem with getting MS Word to single space a document.  I put the Line Spacing Tab on single space and it tightens the text up a bit, but it is not true single spacing.  It seems more like a space and a half.  How can I get MS Word 2007 to give me true single spacing?  Thanks!

Richard

Most likely, you have overlooked the Spacing Before and Spacing After settings; these must also be set to zero if you want no spacing at all (that is, not even when you press Enter to create a new paragraph).
