Error code: 0x5B4 and Error code: 0xE0000793

One of my OneNote notebooks won't sync. Gives two error codes. Error code: 0x5B4 and Error code: 0xE0000793.

Does anyone know what to do with these so I can get it syncing again? I would obviously hate to lose my work.
