I need to create spreadsheets that contains statistical information in a 12 month rolling stat.  This is to track health and safety stats.  I will have 4 or 5 site spreadsheets that link into a company wide YTD spreadsheet.  This in turn will need to link into charts.  Does anyone know of a tutorial that will show me how to do this.  I have given a sample of the information I need to track below, but there is much more.

Hello,

Thank you for posting the question in Microsoft Community.

As per the description provided, you would like to know how to create a chart for a spreadsheet then combine/link the chart with other 5 sites spreadsheets.

As for as creating chart is concerned, the chart can be applied only to one data source, but it can have a secondary access like it can show the showing results for each columns of spreadsheet.

In order to display the results of all the 5 sites spreadsheets in one chart then you may have to combine all the spreadsheets into one raw data and then link into a chart.

You may use the ‘Line Chart’ to display the YTD of spreadsheet in Excel.

You may go through the link below which provides information on available chart types in Excel 2010 and its features:

If you need any more clarifications, do reply and we are here to assist further.

Thank You.
