When I start Excel 2007 on a W7 X64 machine I get the following error "Runtime error _2147467259 (80004005):
Method "Add" of object "commandbarcontrols" failed. If I press End the program starts.
In addition I am unable to start an xls file by clicking on it. I am asked to select a program to open the file; Excel is not listed as one of the programs available
