When I try to save an Excel 2007 file I get the folowing pop-up "You need Windows(R) Internet Explorer 3.0 or later to use this feature. You can download the latest version of IE from http://www.microsoft.com" When I click OK I get the following pop-up "Excel encountered errors during save. However, Excel was able to mimimally save your file to c;\users\user\AppData\Roaming\microsoft\Excel\XL7301.xlsh" I have IE9. How do I overcome this problem?

I get the same message after I try to paste an item I've cut from a Windows doc, into an email or another Windows doc. But then when I return to where I'm trying to paste into, the operation has been completed. I also have IE 9. What is going on?

I have, after I wrote on this issue, lost my laptop to theft and purchased a new one. No problems now.
