Hi,
I'm afraid I won't have luck here but I'll give it a try ...
I do not want to use Automatic page size because I want to precicly know how notes would be grouped on paper when printing out.
However, I really miss the obvious feature to display pages continuously ... when I use it for math and I am at the end of the page I always need to switch pages which is terribly annoying.
It would be nice if the next page/subpage could just be displayed at the bottom instead of this grey background which is for nothing ... just like in Journal.
Is this really missing?

AFAIK this is how it works, i am not aware of any workarounds for this.
