Unable to install Microsoft whiteboard from company portal in windows 10 system

Question

I am trying to install Microsoft white board from company portal on windows 10 system. But it error installation failed. The app is targeted as available for all users. I have attached the error from intune portal.

In intune as well all the apps targeted to the machine as required has a status waiting for install status.

Can we do some changes the client end to reset the sync. So that the status gets updated properly and to successfully install whiteboard.

If a required app fails to install and your organization makes it available for you to manually install, select Retry. It could take up to ten minutes to see the updated status. If you select Retry again during this time and get an error, that's okay. Continue to wait the ten minutes for an updated status.
