I ran restore on my HP cmptr.I had backed up my files.. Now I cant open Office to get to my documents. I get this mssg 012Conv.msi

    Which version of Offices suite and Windows are you working on?

    Do you have compatibility pack installed on your computer?

    If yes, repair or re-install the compatibility pack and verify the result.
