I would like to ask some questions on the issue:
- Do you have any trial or preview version of Office 365 installed on the system?
- Did Office 365 installation resume automatically after the interruption or did you start the installation again?
- Is the installation struck at any point?
Go to Control Panel and check if Office 365 program is listed:
Go to Control Panel< Programs and Features< in the programs list check if Office 365 program is listed.
If Office 365 program is listed under Control Panel then open any Office application and check if you are bale to open it. If you are unable to open Office applications then repair Office 365 installation. Follow the steps to repair Office 365 program:
· Close all the Office applications.
· Go to Control Panel< Programs and Features.
· In the programs list, right click on Microsoft Office 365 program and click on Repair. Choose Online Repair option to repair the Office installation.
If repair do not fix the issue then uninstall office 365 completely from the system and re-install it. Run the automated troubleshooter from the following article to remove all traces of the new Office installed on the system.

Note: If you are using a 64-bit operating system, save the fixit tool on the system and then run it from the saved location.
Once the uninstallation is complete reboot the system and install Office 365 program.
