This may be an advanced question and need help finding reference material to work this out. I am creating a team roster for a golf league. I need to create 8 teams of 4 players for 8 weeks and do not want any player to play another player more than one time. I thought of using the rand formula then the lookup formula, but I keep getting duplicates. How can I accomplish this without duplicates?

Hello,
Off-topic, but I have proposed this solution to pair the 8 teams in a fair way (almost same strength):
