Drill down using slicer

Hello.

I'm using a slicers to filter data.  However, when I try to drill down on a total field with a single date selected on the date slicer, I get all of the records in the table.  Guess my Q is why don't I just see the record(s) for the date selected from the the slicer?

    Hi.

    Thank you, but I don't use Flash (or Google, or Twitter, or Facebook) - just lack of trust.  I pretty much know how to use slicers, but I have a specific issue that I woudl like a specific answer to.
