OneNote permissions functionality in SharePoint....

Can I control permissions at the section level of a OneNote Notebook hosted on Sharepoint? I would like to password protect specific sections on a notebook for external users, but allow internal users full access without a password. I would like to avoid using multiple notebook to accomplish this.
