Should I uninstall the program

Hi Bassy,

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community. As I understand you are facing issue issues while accessing the Office 2010 applications. Let me help you with the issue.

Verify if the Office 2010 which you upgraded is installed as Click-To-Run version.

If the Office 2010 is installed as Click-To-Run version, then refer the link below to convert it to MSI version:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/click-to-run-switch-to-using-an-msi-based-office-edition-HA101850538.aspx

Is it an inbuilt camera or an external camera which is connected to computer?

You may post your query regarding this issue in the Windows forums for better suggestions:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware

I hope the above steps helps. If you need any further assistance reply and we will be glad to assist you.

Thank you.

    Hi Bassy,

    Thanks for replying.

If the Office 2010 is installed as Click-To-Run version, then yes you need to convert it to MSI version:

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/click-to-run-switch-to-using-an-msi-based-office-edition-HA101850538.aspx

Since it is an inbuilt camera you may post your query regarding this issue in the Windows forums for better suggestions or also contact the computer manufacturer:

    Thank you.
