Hi Tucker,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and thank you for posting the query.

I will assist you with issue related to Work, however I need additional information to better assist you:

  1. Are you experiencing this issue on multiple Works spreadsheet or on a specific spreadsheet?
  2. What happens when you try inserting row in a new Works spreadsheet?
  3. From where are you inserting the rows data?

Try the following and verify the result:

  1. Go to the last line in the current table in the spreadsheet by pressing Ctrl + End, if it goes all the way to the last row press Ctrl + Home and manually move to the last row in the table and with the cursor beneath the last row
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + down arrow to select all the rows beneath then Ctrl + Shift + Right arrow to select all the columns, then press the delete key.
  3. Now try inserting the rows and verify the result.

Hope it helps. Rely with the necessary information and the result for further assistance.

Thank You.
