I have PowerPoint 2010.  I would like to auto-start a hyperlink when I click to a slide.  Is this possible?

I'm not 100% sure what you want to do. If you just want to transition to another slide automatically, you can set up a transition to occur after a certain number of seconds. If the slide you want to go to is not the next slide, you could set it up as a custom show so it is the next slide in the custom show.

Alternatively, you could put a shape over the entire slide with 100% transparency. Set the shape to have a mouse-over action setting to hyperlink to wherever you want to go. That will happen immediately, so if you want to have it happen after a few seconds, you can have the transparent shape automatically animate onto the slide after a few seconds.
