Unable to download bot source code.

I have published my QnA Maker and from there I have created a bot. I already tested the bot using the "Test in web Chat" function. But I need to download the code for further changes. I am not able to download it. It stays like this (shown in the image below). Can someone please help me with this?

@NShini Based on above screen shot the download of file is initiated, Please do not close the blade or navigate to any other screen. After, the files are ready you should see a screen like below, which checks if the secrets need to be included.

After selecting the required screen you will see a screen indicating the zip file is being prepared and then the final download option button will be enabled.

Please try the scenario again and wait till the above screens show up and select the required options. Thanks.

Thanks for your response. Actually the problem that I am having is after these two steps. When I click on 'Download bot source code' (after the uri is ready), it stays on 'Downloading the file...'. It's been like this for 1 hour now. Is it supposed to take so much time?

@NShini No, it should download immediately. Do you have any extensions on your browser that is blocking the download or requesting to accept the download?
You could try to disable them and try again or try on a different browser.

I just tried it in a different browser but I'm still having the same problem. I even tried to delete the bot and created another one. I don't know what else to do.

@NShini I don't think you need to delete your bot and check with a new one. I think there is some issue on firewall or network issue of the machine that could be preventing the download. The download URI is dynamic so we cannot really create a new one to download the code using other methods. To isolate a firewall issue you could try to download the same from a different network or machine. If this still fails I would advise to create a support issue through Azure portal.
