Hi,

As I understand you are not able to install the Office 2010.

Have tried installing the Office as an administrator?

To start the installation for Office 2010, right-click on the respective set-up files and select 'Run as Administrator'

If the issue still persists, you  may also refer the suggestion in the following thread link and check if it helps:

I right click and selected "run as Administrator. Office started up, input product key and selected install. About quarter way got the MSI(ERROR): 'Error 1310. Error writing to file: C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-h..naries-spanish-main_31bf3856ad364e35_6.2.9200.16384_none_ba78c44697ed94e6\MSGR3ES.LEX.    Verify that you have access to that directory.'

I also tried a clean boot, it didn't work.

I don't have Office 2010 installed but I'm  able to useWord, Excel etc. Everytime I click on Word, I get a setup error.

The setup controller has encountered a problem during install. Please review the log files for further information on the error. I click ok. The installation begins, get another error the network source is unavailable

MSI(ERROR): 'Error 1704. An installation for Microsoft Office Proof (Spanish) 2010 is currently suspended.  You must undo the changes made by that installation to continue.  Do you want to undo those changes?'

Showing message Title: 'Setup', Message: 'Error 1704. An installation for Microsoft Office Proof (Spanish) 2010 is currently suspended.

You must undo the changes made by that installation to continue.  Do you want to undo those changes?' yes

I think I have to do a complete cleanup of Office 2010 to solve this issue

I get the same error from download and CD

    Thanks for your time

    Rooben
