Cannot ungroup pivot table

I have created a pivot table where I grouped several values. For some reason, it will not let me ungroup them now. Do I have any options other than to delete the Pivot Table and start over?

    I have four field reps. Let's call them Jim, Mary, Ben, and Sarah. Each field rep has four codes that describe a piece of business they have generated. What I did was group each of these codes together for each of the reps:

    Example:

    Group = Jim

    • Code1
    • Code2
    • Code3
    • Code4

    For some reason, I cannot ungroup them now. Any thoughts?
