Conditional Formats lagging

I have a file using conditional formatting.  I have many cells with multiple conditions (color-coded key words).

Lately, when I change a cell value, the conditioning doesn't change to match.  If I open Conditional Formatting and I edit a rule, then all of the unchanged formats suddenly "wake up" and make their changes.  It is as if I needed a refresh button.

Hi,

It sounds like the calculation method has been set to manual.

Formulas tab | Calculation Options | Select 'Automatic'

I was actually running into the same problem, but upon saving the document, closing it, and re-opening the document the lagging was fixed.  I'll have to wait and see if it returns or if other users of the document report the issue.

Nope, I'm having the same lagging issue and the Calculation Options is already set to Automatic.
