Opening word document, error, windows cannot access the specified device, path, file. You may not have the appropriate permission the access the item

When i try to open up Microsoft office word 2007, it says  "windows cannot access the specified device, path, file. You may not have the appropriate permission the access the item"  (all other packages from microsoft work such as powerpoint or exel). Could some please tell me how to fox this problem. Im the on administrator account. Thank you

Try opening Word from the Start menu.

All Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Word 2007
