You can use the Enter key for that (provided that it has been set to move Down in the Advanced section of Excel Options).

I have an excel spreadsheet with locked cells. I have a few unlocked cells the users enter details into. most are in the same column but a few are further over. When i hit the tab key it obviously goes down the page to the next unlocked cell. However is there a way to change this to either ignore the cells on the right of the page, or put some sort of page split so it tabs down one column first then the second.
Thanks
