I keep getting this message: an error occurred while trying to sync this section or notebook (error code: 0x80070191) when trying to sync one note notebook from skydrive on my desktop application
can anybody help please

The link in this reply applies to sharepoint syncing. You can try the suggestions but it may or may not be beneficial.
