If I removed the above from my C drive, can it be added back in.  As a writer, I received files in book format from my editor. This last book, I got the "convertor" error and your Tutorials said remove the above.

What I need to know is if I remove it, does that block my editor's file from uploading in the book format?

Hope you can answer this. I'm stalled here.

    Hi Barbara,

    Where did you find the suggestion to delete the file from the above location?

    You may try to work with the same document in other computer and check if it works fine.

    If you delete the file and still get the same error, you may repair Office 2010 using the link below and check if it resolves the issue:
