Missing data on PDF file printed from Microsoft Project

I have a large microsoft project file that I have been able to PDF without any problems. Suddenly when I try to PDF it 20 to 100 line items in various parts of my file do not show up in the PDF although the lines are still in my main file. I am using a free trial version of Adobe Acrobat so I thought that may be the problem.  However, when I try to PDF from another machine with the full Acrobat software the same problem exists so I tend to think it is in Project. Any ideas on why this is happening? Thanks

When printinf from another machine, I assume the same file was used? It's possible that there is a small file corruption. Try saving to xml then re-open the xml file and create a new project from it (choose this option when teh wizard automatically satrts on opening an xml file. Saving to xml should remove any file corruption.

    Hi ,

Welcome to the Microsoft Project newsgroup :-)

Does the full project appear in Print/Preview? Usually it's a driver problem, but I don't know how pdf fits in to drivers - have you the latest Adobe version? You might like to see FAQ Item: 44.  Printing Problems: FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on:-)
