Hello,

As per the description provided, you’re having trouble installing Office 365 Office Home Premium.

In order to resolve the installation issue of Office 365, let us follow few of the steps mentioned below:

  1. Restart the Computer then run the Office 365 fix it from the link below which will remove the traces.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

Note: If you are using Windows 64 bit operating system, save the ‘Fix it’ on desktop before running it.

  1. Once done Turn off the Windows firewall as described below:

·         Logon to Windows Computer with administrative credentials.

·         Click on Start button and from the options available on the screen click on Control Panel.

·         On the opened window click on More Settings option from the bottom of the list in the left pane.

·         On the appeared window click on Windows Firewall.

·         On Help protects your computer with Windows Firewall Window click on Turn Windows Firewall on or off link that is available in the left pane.

·         On the opened window click on Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended) radio buttons under both Home or work (private) network location settings and Public network location settings sections to turn the firewall off.

·         To save the changes that you have made click on Ok button.

Note: Ensure to turn on the Windows firewall once troubleshooting is completed.

  1. Start an InPrivate browser session of Internet Explorer and try downloading and install Office 2013 Home and Student.

To start an InPrivate Browsing session:

A. Go to the Tools menu and select Safety > InPrivate Browsing.

B. Use the InPrivate Browsing window to install Office.

Follow the steps and let us know if that helps. If the issue persists, reply and we will be happy to help you.

Thank You.
