Hello! Please help! I have a spread sheet that has the identical data on multiple cells. I want to be able to enter the data on the first cell and have it appear automaticlly on muliple cells to save me some time and lots of typing. I know that I can simply "copy & paste" or I can select ALL the cells that need to have the same data, enter the data & hit CTRL + Enter but that takes too much time as well. Because lets say the amout of cells I need to have the same data is 100...I don't want to have to select ALL 100 cells! Is there a formula out there that can help me achive this?

:D glad to help
remember Save often and experiment a bit, Excel is very user-friendly and most things pop on their own... or are there waiting to click on them...
cheers
