Visio error 929

I am trying to import an image into viso that will be used as a background (I am a graphic designer so I made the whole flowchart in Illustrator CS5 not knowing that it needed to be edited at a later time by people who don't have and don't know how to use Illustrator, so now I am trying to piece export my work form Illustrator to Visio) But every time I try to import the image it gives me an error 929 message. The image is 8-bit RGB JPEG 9.04 MB and 60in by 48in so it isn't small but the flowchart is supposed to be to that scale. I've tried using a png version as well but it gave me the same error.

So first off what does this message even mean? I imagine its a memory error but I'm not sure, and secondly, is there anyway to fix this? or will Visio just not accept an image of this size.

    Hello JelliedGnome,

I'm not exactly sure what the error 929 means. What happens is you save it in Illustrator as a TIF image then open it in MSPaint and save it as PNG? Also you said the color profile is RGB can you verify that and maybe test it saved as a different color profile like CMYK?

Let me know how it goes.

    Thank you,
