I have repeatedly attempted to open several Publisher files and this appears:  d.doc.live.net, with

14 *;s in the box.  Box states that d.doc.live.net is being contacted, with no result. Does not affect all my Publisher files. only the ones I need today. Hmmm.

All files are in OneCloud. Attempted to use my password in the box, to no avail.

ALSO INADVERTANTLY CONVERTED ONE OF THE NEEDED FILES FROM ONE FORMAT TO ANOTHER.  CANNOT READ NEW FORMAT'S CONTENTS.

Thanks, thanks and more thanks for your help.

    Ann
